Our Handicapped patrol is staffed by private citizens who patrol on their own time to check for Handicapped violators through the county.

When a violation is found photographs are taken of the violation and a citation is issued to the registered owner of the car.  The owner of the car is responsible and if the ticket is not answered within ten days the courts will find the owner in default (responsible for the ticket) and a warrant will be issued for non-payment of the ticket.

Currently no points are accessed to your drivers license.  However you are fined $105.00 plus court costs.
