CONSIGNMENT TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

All items are left at the consignors own risk

Razzberry Beret cannot be held responsible for lost,  stolen or damaged items

All items must be cleaned, pressed and on hangers.

All items must be free of stains, rips or tears.

Razzberry Beret reserves the right to review, price or return any item or items. Due to storage space unacceptable items must be picked up from the store within 7 days of drop off if return option is
requested. After 7 days unaccepted items will become property of Razzberry Beret.

Items will be shown for 60 days . Items not sold after 60 days must be pulled and picked up by the consignor. It is the responsibility of the consignor to remember their pickup dates. Razzberry Beret does not keep a list of what you bring in . It is the consignors responsibility to keep their own inventory list.

Items remaining longer then *70 days* become property of Razzberrry Beret.

Consignors will receive 50% of the net price of sold items.

Selling price is subject to sales and markdowns
