Within the darkness...
is a glimmer of hope.
To some it's a radiant star...
to others it's just a pin point,
barely noticeable.
And with those who pursue this hope...
there is Fate with her long flowing gown.
But with them both is a long dreaded man...
who is feared from heart to mortal heart.
But if you're the one pursuing hope,
you see naught of either of your followers.
You see the star just ahead and flow to it.
Like moths to a flame, others will come,
Pursuing the same fate you have.
But she's always been there,
Right behind you.
If you slow, they'll reach you sooner or later.
If you stop, they'll catch you.
If you keep going, they'll meet you at the end of your journey.
Which path does one chose when the outcome is so predictable?
The one that leads to success.
When traveling down this dark road, reach out into the darkness with no fear.
And to your surprise, you may find a hand in yours.

(quote from Min) "This one is more in the victims point of view:"
Remember me... The time you looked me in the eye, I knew it was good-bye. Far away lands shattered, As distant worlds formed. Chaos, again, is my virtue, You know I can't live without you. Though times will be thick in your eyes, Always look past the disguise. Hearts sometimes split, While love growls and spit. Look not for me in the skies, I'll forever be before your eyes. Lonely hearts and sweet reminiscing, The fire's gone cold during the nightly swing. May your heart mend again, Though I'll never be the same. May the heavens forgive you, Because your memories of me will fade.
(no title, quote from Min) "This one
is the point of view of someone who lost someone in the tragedy"Oh how I'll miss you,
Nights alone.
I know you're true,
I want you home.
Beneath the moonlit sky,
Under the chaos of the galaxy.
Our bond will fly,
Out of the restraining reality.
True to course,
Adventuring none too soon.
Stay on your horse,
And navigate by the moon.
I'll find you someday,
Don't know where or when.
Luck tends to sway,
I'll hold you again.
Brother, my brother,
Stay heaven bound.
Someday our Mother,
Will hold you down.

I am Simply...
I do not understand why.
The actions, the cause, the politics.
Nor how you could dance at my sorrow.
Tell me why you hate me so?
I am simply a child....
The schools are closed today.
The teachers have gone away.
I am scared of what I do not comprehend.
I do not know these people.
They are red. Black. White. Brown. Yellow.
They are Humans. They are hurt, crying, and lost.
I help them.
I am simply a doctor....
The halls are flooded with the pain.
The streets covered in swaths of pearly white.
I'm scared of the choking, dusty air, and of what the next hour will bring.
My tears have wet my cheeks.
The hours pass without fail.
I wait to hear of loved ones...
And of those who fell.
I am simply a Mother.
The phone rang.
I cried.
Part of me had died.
Lines stretch on forever. Proud, solemn, dedicated lines.
We, is our designation; Hope, our gift.
We kneel and pray, We comfort and shelter.
We search. We give. We protect.
We are a nation united.
We are simply Americans.
Many lives were lost.
Many hearts were broken.
Our courage was -not- stolen.
We are simply Joined as One. Coercion, deceit, hate, Stand No Chance.
